An AI voice agent that books, verifies and hands over.

CareTracker's voice agent answers on the phone and in the browser, checks identity before anything sensitive and passes the call to the clinic team with full context.

Privacy and compliance, mapped on day one.

HIPAA, GDPR, the Australian Privacy Principles or local health-data law: we map the rules that apply to your product at the start of the engagement and build them into access control, audit trails and data handling. We also tell you plainly what is yours to own, what is ours and where you need a specialist.

From first review to production.

Your product goes up the way a model building does: surveyed, planned, framed, built floor by floor and handed over, with working software at every stage.

  1. Free product review

30 minutes on your goals, users and constraints.

  2. Plan and estimate

A scoped plan and an estimate within 48 hours.

  3. Discovery

Architecture, prototype and the riskiest assumptions tested first.

  4. Build

Short cycles, with working software at the end of each one.

  5. Launch and evolve

Release, measure what users do, keep improving.

The open plot at five stages. Only the 48 hours to a plan is a time commitment; the rest depends on scope.

Questions healthcare teams ask first.

Anything else, ask on the call or write to contact@ds-ops.com.

Do you work with health data?

Yes. Our portfolio spans telehealth, occupational health, personal health records and clinical AI. Privacy and regulatory requirements, such as HIPAA, GDPR or local health-data law, are mapped at the start of an engagement and built into access control, audit trails and data handling.

What happens in the free product review?

A 30-minute conversation about the problem, your users, your constraints and your timeline, at no cost. If we are a good fit, you receive a scoped plan and an estimate within 48 hours. If we are not, we will tell you.

How do you price a project?

It depends on scope. Well-defined work, such as a discovery sprint or a first release, gets a fixed proposal. Ongoing development runs as a monthly team. Either way you see exactly what is included before any work starts.

Who owns the code and designs?

You do. Code, designs and documentation produced for your project belong to you, and we are happy to work in your own repositories and accounts from the first day.
