What we collect

When you contact us or subscribe to our newsletter, we collect:

• Project details — anything you choose to share about what you’re building.
• Usage data — basic analytics about how visitors navigate our site (pages viewed, approximate location, device type). We don’t use cross-site tracking.

Why we collect it

We use this information to respond to your enquiry, send you the quarterly notes you subscribed to, and improve our website. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertising networks.

Where it lives

Contact form submissions are stored in our secure customer relationship system and accessible only to the team members handling new engagements. Newsletter subscriptions are managed through a reputable email service provider with industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. Analytics data is aggregated and cannot be tied back to an individual visitor.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies to remember your theme preference (light or dark) and to anonymously measure site usage. You can clear or block these at any time through your browser settings without affecting site functionality.

Third parties

We engage a small set of trusted vendors to operate our site — hosting, email delivery, and analytics. These providers process information on our behalf under contractual obligations to keep it confidential and secure. We never grant them rights to use your information for their own purposes.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• See what information we hold about you.
• Correct anything that’s inaccurate.
• Delete your information from our systems.
• Unsubscribe from the newsletter (every email has a one-click link).

Data retention

We retain contact form submissions for up to three years after our last interaction with you, and newsletter subscriber data until you unsubscribe. Aggregated analytics data is retained for up to two years.

If we update this policy, we’ll change the date at the top of the page and, if the changes are material, notify subscribers by email.
