Enquiries

When you send the enquiry form, the details you enter (name, email, company, role, project type, budget, timeline and message) are sent to DS OPS so we can reply. We also receive the page you sent it from and, if you arrived from a campaign, the campaign parameters in the link (such as utm_source or gclid). We use this information only to respond to your enquiry and to understand which campaigns bring enquiries.

Each enquiry includes a reference, submission time, source website, submission and landing pages, and referring domain. We also receive browser and device details, language, browser timezone, time on the form, reported privacy choices and any spam-check flags. Where our host supplies it, we include an approximate city, region and country derived from the connection IP. This may reflect a VPN or proxy and is not a precise or verified location. We do not include IP addresses, coordinates, arbitrary URL query strings or persistent visitor IDs in these notifications. This context accompanies the enquiry through our configured email and support integrations to identify its source and investigate abuse. It is separate from optional analytics and is retained with the enquiry.

If the form cannot deliver your enquiry, it prepares an email instead. Nothing is sent until you send that email yourself.

Booking a call

Our booking calendar is provided by a third-party scheduling service. It loads only when you choose to show available times, and the details you enter there are handled under that service's privacy policy as well as this notice.

Measurement and cookies

With your permission, PostHog measures page visits, call booking clicks, form starts, successfully sent enquiries and confirmed bookings in our EU-hosted analytics project. This site can also use Google Analytics and Google Ads, the Meta Pixel and the LinkedIn Insight Tag when configured. These tools set cookies and receive information about your visit, such as the pages you view and whether you sent an enquiry or booked a call.

• Analytics and advertising tools stay off until you accept, wherever you visit from. You can use the site, send an enquiry or book a call without accepting.
• You can change your choice at any time from "Cookie settings" at the foot of every page. Declining stops PostHog capture and removes its analytics storage from this website.
• Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage. Campaign parameters are kept in session storage and cleared when you close the tab.

PostHog receives an anonymous browser identifier, browser and device information, safe campaign labels and the referring website. It can derive approximate location from the connection IP address. Its browser storage helps recognise returning visits on DS OPS and is separate from our other websites. We do not send names, email addresses, enquiry contents, booking details or arbitrary URL parameters to PostHog. Automatic click capture, session recordings and routine API telemetry are disabled. Keeping and sharing information

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and to manage any resulting engagement. We do not sell personal information. Service providers that host the site, deliver email or provide the tools above process data on our behalf or under their own terms.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you have sent us, or object to its use, by emailing contact@ds-ops.com. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
